Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we do. International shipping cost depends on the overall weight of your parcel and which region you are from. Our system automatically calculates the total weight of your order and will apply the appropriate shipping cost to your basket. Please read our shipping & returns page for more information.

Taxes and import duties may be charged when the shipment reaches the destination country. This cost is not included in the price of the products or shipping and must be paid by the customer.

We have no control over the cost of taxes and duties. Before placing your order, we encourage you to research the import taxes and duties charges in your delivery destination.

Do you offer bundle discounts?

Yes! Orders with 2+ items will be eligible for 10% off and orders with 3+ items will receive 15% off.

Discounts are automatically applied at checkout ^-^

Are we able to reserve items?

Unfortunately due to the website format, we do not and can not offer holds or reservations.

For early access, you can subscribe to our newsletter, which will send you an early access email prior to the drop. This will let you view the new collection before its open to the public + place your purchases first.

All collections are first come first serve.

Can you explain the product condition rating system?

Please note, almost all items are second hand and may show signs of light wear. Any significant defects will be noted in the description alongside the condition rating.

  • Mint: Garment is faultless, was worn seldom or not at all, and has not been altered to a second permanence.
  • Excellent: Garment has no obvious faults in appearance, and possibly was worn several times. Fibers may be weakened by time and/or conditions.
  • Good: Garment has minor stains and/or fabric tearing or abrasion which may be noticeable; or, fabric may be weak from time and/or conditions.
  • Fair: Garment has apparent stains and/or fabric wear; these problems are either irreparable or have been repaired, but are not perfect in appearance.

Can you consolidate my order?

Yes! In the 'order special instructions' box at checkout, write us a note to save your order so you can add more to it from future drops and save on shipping (eligible for both UK and international orders).

We will refund excess shipping after every order is made! If you're ordering post the drop date, you can send us a message to reduce shipping cost on the item beforehand so don't have to wait for a refund.

Why can't you ship to my country?

Unfortunately, we can only offer shipping to places that allow us to track your parcel once its in your country. There are a few that do not provide that service and the only shipping services that do provide that option are very expensive.

If you contact us below and let us know what country you are from, we can keep an eye on any updates on the available tracking service for your country.

Will you still sell your items on depop/vinted?

Yes! Within a month, we will upload all our leftover items onto our depop. Items will eventually be posted on vinted.
